All good but when i tried to contact the car rental company after hours on their 24 hr contact numbers they did not answer despite numerous attempts. This can be a real problem when you need their assistance with their services or car.
Great customer service
The lady that helped me was amazingly friendly. Pleasure to deal with. Ill be using this rental company from now on

I booked full package including separate CDW. Luckily we did not need the CDW at this time. All Wortes smoothly.

Overall seamless, minor hiccup
Easy procedure to rent a car for competitive price. However, when asking whether GPS was available, the reply was 'not available for rent'. Upon reaching the destination, we found that the car came with GPS.It would have been terrible if we had decided to buy a GPS as it was necessary to navigate Japanese roads.
Excellent service
This is my second time to hire a car by this group but everything was amazing, I have a great experience and already recommend it to all my family and will do the same with friends and everybody. Thanks for making it affordable and easy.
